Hello,

Please see below information regarding tomorrow's swim meet against Raleigh Racquet Club (AWAY MEET). I also attached the current Heat Sheet, Psych Sheet, Swimmer Events (used for swimmer check-in), and Volunteer signup list. The only changes that might happen are the combining of events, which may cause lane changes. If anything changes, I'll send out updated documents.

Each swimmers number is next to their name in the swimmer check-in sheet. If you can help speed up swimmer check-in by writing your swimmers number on both arms in black permanent marker before the meet, as we only have 1 swimmer check-in volunteer for tomorrow, it will greatly help get things moving along.

Also, please let me know if you would like to swim in the coach / parent relay tomorrow. I'll try to get it more organized so everyone knows where they need to be for the relay (lane / which side of the pool). If unsure, bring your bathing suit. We can always use more parents in the relay.

Swimmer Check-in: Swimmer check-in will start at 4:45 PM

Warm-ups: Hedingham will start warm up at 5:30 PM promptly.

Location: The address for the pool is: 5516 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609

Parking: The pool is located on the right after entering the club. There is a small parking lot behind the pool and additional parking in the grassy area both beside and behind the pool. There will be RRC staff on site to help direct people on where to park.

Deck: They have a pretty large deck and added extra seating this year. If you wish to bring your own seating to ensure there is enough, you are welcome to. Hedingham will be on the far side of the pool (opposite end from when you walk in).

Ribbons: Ribbons will be printed and prepares the day after the meet and subsequently arranged to be delivered to Hedingham on Wednesday.

Parent/coach relay: We will have a parent / coach relay. Please let us know if you’re interested or come with your bathing suit.

Concessions: Raleigh Racquet has an amazing chef who ensures we have delicious food for our meets. They are trying to get their credit card reader working by Tuesday, but everyone should bring cash for concessions just in case that has not happened.
